Certification requirements
Users of WebCruiter with integrated cut-e tools must be certified to use cut-e’s tools and methodology, and the integration module.
Certification training includes the use of aptitude and skills tests, personality tests, relevant statistics etc., and ensure that users acquire the requisite expertise for using tools and methodologies in a safe and professionally sound manner. Course participants can use the opportunity to work towards DNV-certification as a user of employment-psychology tools by taking an exam organised by DNV. The separate integration module certification ensures efficient use of cut-e’s test banks via WebCruiter.
