Jobseekers have an overview at all times of their applications and application processes, as well as of other vacancies at the company.

Candidates may opt to be notified by email when relevant vacancies are advertised.
Re-use of CVs
Jobseekers who have applied for a position can use their registered CV and personal information to search for other vacancies at the same company. They can also use copies of their CV to apply to other companies that use WebCruiter. This allows jobseekers to avoid multiple CV registrations.
Attachments
Applicants can upload attachments to their applications, such as references, evidence of educational achievements etc.
Intuitive user interface
WebCruiter’s intuitive interface makes it easy for jobseekers to identify and apply for advertised vacancies, as well as to position themselves with respect to future relevant vacancies.
Data protection
Before jobseekers are able to register personal information and their CVs with WebCruiter, they are informed about their rights and obligations under the Norwegian Data Protection Act. Jobseekers thus perceive the process as both secure and professional. Businesses who use the solution on an international basis receive support in modifying the information to suit local data protection legislation.
Everything in the same place
Jobseekers are able to use integrated testing tools (ability, aptitude, personality tests etc.) without having to log into other solutions.
